HALLOWEEN DIY: Dark Elf Fantasy Halloween Costume

Halloween for us means we make a variety of costumes from the complex to the multi-use. For this Dark Elf Fantasy Halloween Costume, I made a tattered bustle skirt and a no-sew vest. The skirt is a great way to use up scraps of costume and knit fabrics. The no-sew vest can be made in any length, with or without the hood. We paired these two pieces with a body-con dress, an OlyFun Black Bird Mask, mesh gloves, a leaf statement necklace, and black wedge booties. Though I made this costume a dark elf, with the addition of Dark Fairy Costume Wings, it could easily become a different creature.
