JEWELRY DIY: Woodburned Circles Dangle Earrings
These woodburned circles dangle earrings are a result of my experiments with using Rit to dye wood and the Creative Versa-Tool. I've been enjoying working with wood again. I haven't done much pyrography since I was a teenager, but the basic skills are easy to maintain. It's drawing with a very hot pen or marker. This project is great for beginners or advanced woodburners who want to incorporate this artform into something wearable. I draw a lot of influence from geometry and folk art lately, as I find my crafting groove, but you could make other designs. Rit comes in many colors...of which I bought several lately.
