COSTUMES: Large Marge from "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure"

One of my favorite characters from Tim Burton's "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure" is Large Marge. She is a truck driver who picks up a stranded Pee-Wee from the interstate at night. She seems ok at 1st, but then starts telling Pee-Wee about the worst accident she ever saw. If you've seen the movie, you know why you need the spring glasses. If you haven't seen the movie, the 2 minutes Large Marge scene should help. She's a ghost, just in case you wanted something spooky, but subtle. This is a great last minute costume. You need the glasses and wig, which you should be able to find easily around Halloween. The jeans and plaid shirt can be found at a thrift store, if you don't already own something suitable. Boots, well most people have those, though her feet aren't shown and you could wear sneakers instead. Don't forget your keys for your big rig and to "Tell them Large Marge sent ya"...
