NYC FASHION WEEK F/W 2014: Libertine

These are my favorite looks from Libertine's Fall Winter 2014 collection. This collection is full of embellishments...doodles, typography, patches, and prints. There is a lot going on and if paired down, many of these would be more wearable and less over the top. The lettering and patches inspire me for some future accessory projects. I would have loved to see some bags using these graphic elements, as accessories are a great way of making a complicated visual design more wearable. It's about scale.
