LONDON FASHION WEEK F/W 2014: Giles

These are my favorite looks from Giles' Fall Winter 2014 collection. This collection has bird, thorny vines, and beetles as the motifs. I normally dislike orange, but the way Giles has used it, makes me like the color. There is a play with contrasts...orange and blue, black and white, and graphic prints. There is a play with proportion. The easiest to replicate is a cropped top over a dress. The top breaks up the body shape and fabrics.
