NYC FASHION WEEK S/S 2013: Erin Fetherston

Erin Fetherston's Spring Summer 2013 collection has a distinct polished 60s rocker vibe that can go from day to partying all night long. The 17 year old soon-to-be pop star Alexandra McDermott, was a great pick for this lookbook. I love the prints. The lipstick print of first two featured looks, and the spider web like print of the ninth and tenth featured looks, are my two favorites. The sixth and seventh featured looks would fit in smoothly in my wardrobe. The soft pink, light yellow, and bold orange are definite Spring and Summer shades, reminiscent of roses and citrus fruits. The color and detail contrasts are sharp and well placed, making this collection very wearable.
