OUTFIT: Japanese Streets #46

This outfit is inspired by this image of Joyce in Harajuku, Tokyo, Japan. I chose this image because  the outfit is predominately black, and instead of white, it has clear and metallic elements.  This outfit might not be for everyone. It's definitely a strong look. I can be softened up a bit by removing the harness and toning down the jewelry. This outfit features a few trendy items...faux leather clothing, a high low skirt, wedge boots, and baroque stockings. This is a great example of playing with a monochromatic (black) palette and still making it interesting by using different textures and details. Remember fashion is about experimentation and playing. It's interested to see what happens when you combine unexpected elements
